The MAPS Phonovention occurs each year in the fall. This serves as the MAPS annual meeting and also features a competitive show, swap meet, sales, and other activities. Check the links here to see what the Phonovention is all about.

The Ohio Historical Society recently conducted a poll to select a replacement statue in the National Statuary Hall in Washington DC. Thomas A. Edison, the Wright Brothers, Olympic champion Jesse Owens, and others were candidates. Well, Edison came out on top of the popular poll. Second place was the Wright Brothers.
